I would like to thank the crew at Samaritan Tire for their great work. I pulled in on a Friday 1 hour before closing and requested to have my front tires balanced because I had a long drive back to Canada the next day and my car was vibrating at higher speeds. The crew looked over all 4 of my tires and noticed that one of the rear tires had split and bulged. They communicated to me in simple terms that i could understand what this was and that it would not be safe for me to drive back north under these conditions. The crew found 4 new winter tires and had me ready to go first thing in the morning. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism and getting me and my family home safe. Honda Pilot 2014, pulled to the left, had it to Hopkins Honda 4 times during warranty and didn't fix. I drove trucks for 35 years, i Have a pretty good idea when something pulls to the left. Now its out of warranty and they want me to pay for it. I was going to get rid of the car I hated it so much. I called Samaritan tire at 3:05 pm, 2-8-2018. Mike said get here now if I can. I was there at 3:30pm, it was done at 4:30p.m. (Honda took 2 1/2 hours per stop.) I had a NEW car. I saw a coupon on their website for $10, cost me $79.00 for New car. Very happy. Thanks Mike and Samaritan. I"ll be back.
I called for an appointment to bring my own tires and wheels for mounting. Blake was very helpful and told me that I could bring them in for them to mount. The staff inspected the tires and wheels, mounted the tires on my newly refinished wheels and balanced them. When I picked them up everyone (from the counter staff to the shop) was very helpful, offered to help load them in my truck and made certain I was satisfied. This was my first experience with Samaritan Tire, but will NOT be my last...I was more than pleased with the high level of service and attention I received (I did not even have a major purchase from them) and would certain purchase future tire, wheel and other services from Samaritan Tire. Thanks for the wonderful service.
